“The Business of Football Conference” organized by MMC Sportz and sanctioned by the Philippine Football Federation. The event will be held on 18 May 2018 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, at the New World Makati Hotel, Manila, Philippines.
“The Business of Football – Philippines” conference is a one-day event bringing together all key stakeholders of the football community in the Philippines from rights holders, agencies, brands, media, retail, real estate, clubs and fans discussing the current state of football and the future strategy to make it the biggest spectator sport in the Philippines.
The main conference pillars touch on all relevant learning and development topics across all football such as: the power of football sponsorship, sponsorship and advertising opportunities in football in the Philippines, sports retail analytics to forecast growth in football, the importance of private investment into football, the franchise system of the Philippines Football League, the role of media for the development of football and career opportunities in football for job seekers in the Philippines.
The Business of Football Conference has already gained momentum within the community also due to the line-up of featured international speakers from the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), La Liga, Dentsu, SMG Insight, RSportz, as well as local guests such as Phil Younghusband (Team Captain Azkals), Tom Dooley (Azkals Head Coach), Dan Palami (Team Manager Azkls), Lazarus Xavier, (CEO Philippines Football League) and many others.
